When you download a free PLR article packages, most probably, others have downloaded it too. Just take a look at the PLR articles for download listed on this site.
So, what can you do? Unless you purchase your PLR articles, purchased ones are less circulated, you have to rewrite or repackage your PLR product. You don’t want your PLR to look like 100 other same ones out there.
Now that you have something unique, all you need to do is to come out with a nice squeeze page where your visitors can download your ebook by opting in. Once they confirm their subscription, you can send them the download links.
The next step is up to you, how you are going to market your other products to that list is another story
